Buffalo Tom - Live @ Cattle Club, Sacramento, USA, 19-05-1992
NOTE: Today marks the 30th anniversary of "Let Me Come Over" the
third album by American alternative rock band Buffalo Tom. The cover art is
taken from an issue of National Geographic and shows an Aboriginal Australian
stockman. The record is Buffalo Tom's best work. The songs are variously sweet,
tragic, and melodic, but also heartbreakingly relatable tales of life, love,
and loss. Its blend of jangling guitars, distortion, and lyrics stood as a
powerful counterpoint to the "grunge" sound coming from Seattle and
the Pacific Northwest. Buffalo Tom represent the culmination of growth and perspective
that brought us to the era of post-punk and emo. Concert divided into separate tracks by Live Bootlegs Blog.
